Policy Statement:
The SSH3 maintains a strict zero tolerance policy toward the following behaviors during any kennel activities, including hash runs, social events, and meetings:
Harassment: Any form of harassment, including but not limited to verbal, physical, or sexual harassment, will not be tolerated. This includes inappropriate touching, comments, or gestures that create a hostile environment.
Discrimination: Discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, disability, or any other characteristic will not be tolerated. All members deserve respect and equal treatment.
Substance Abuse: The use of illegal substances or the excessive consumption of alcohol that impairs judgment and affects the safety and enjoyment of others is strictly prohibited. Members are encouraged to drink responsibly.
Violence or Threatening Behavior: Any act of violence, intimidation, or threats of violence against any member will result in immediate expulsion from the kennel.
Vandalism or Destruction of Property: Members are expected to respect public and private property. Any damage or vandalism and theft will lead to disciplinary action.
Enforcement:
Reporting: Members are encouraged to report any incidents of inappropriate behavior to the kennel leadership promptly. Reports can be made anonymously if desired.
Investigation: All reported incidents will be investigated promptly and fairly. The privacy of those involved will be respected.
Consequences: Violations of this policy may result in consequences ranging from a warning to immediate expulsion from the SSH3, depending on the severity of the behavior.
Commitment to Community:
By participating in SSH3 activities, all members agree to uphold this Zero Tolerance Policy and contribute to a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment. Let’s ensure our hashing experience is enjoyable for everyone!

This policy is effective immediately and will be reviewed annually to ensure its effectiveness and relevance.
